Here's what my family is eating this week:
Sunday: BBQ
Monday: oatmeal, leftovers from Sunday
Tuesday: eggs and toast, posole (my most favorite meal in the world!)
Wednesday: smoothies, pork chops, mashed potatoes, and veggie (OR leftover posole)
Thursday: cereal, chicken stir fry on brown rice
Friday: oatmeal, pasta with Italian sausage
